Many
watercraft shops can rebuild crankshafts ….BUT
very few are good at it !! Want to know why? Here's
the reason:
Crankshafts
for a single cylinder two-stroke jetski engine
consists of counter weights,
thrust washers, a pin, lower rod bearing and a
connecting rod. These components must be assembled to
exact specifications. Even .002 (that's two
one-thousandths of an inch!) out of specification will
cause vibration. Vibration will rob your PWC engine of
horsepower and reliability - and it drastically (and
we mean drastically) reduces engine life.
We've
seen brand new factory crankshafts off by as much as
.008 center to center. We've assembled hundreds of
crankshafts to specifications as close as .0001 (just
for the record, that's one TEN-thousandth of an inch).
This takes patience, time and experience.

DON'T trust this kind of precision work to the first
guy you meet with a press and a hammer. AA Moped of

AAA crankshafts are completely rebuilt using new parts.
All rebuilt crankshafts include
piston pin bearings, oil seals may be additional. We use
connecting rod kits that have been thoroughly tested and are
of equal or superior quality as OEM parts. All crankshafts
are trued to .001 and come with a 90 day limited warranty.

rebuilt using new parts.
2. We use only the highest quality connecting rod kits that
have been thoroughly tested and are of equal or superior
quality to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.
3. All crankshafts are trued to at least .001 and come with
an end-to-end 90-day 100% warranty.
PLEASE
NOTE: In-shop turnaround time
varies depending on our current work load. We won't rush
anyone's job - and especially not YOURS! Of course, you must
send your crankshaft to us to be rebuilt. Please pack it
carefully in a strong cardboard box, well-insulated
with newspaper. Put all small parts in plastic bags.
Include a note which provides your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE
NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
RETURN SHIPPING: Please
When your crank is complete, we will ship it to you,
charging you for the quoted price plus $40 - $60 of shipping
and handling, depending upon weight. If you have any
