WARRANTY POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CRANKSHAFT REBUILDING

AA Moped of Miami, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship for 90 days from date of original purchase. The determination as to whether or not a part is defective rests with AA Moped of Miami, Inc. management and such determination is final. All products alleged by Purchaser to be defective must be returned to AA Moped of Miami, Inc. , within the 90-day warranty period at the expense of Purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses incidental to the repair/or replacement of product. This limited warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to exposure to water), accident, improper installation, and/or modification. AA Moped of Miami, Inc. assumes no liability for labor charges nor damage to other components or assemblies resulting from failure of parts. AAA Moped of Miami, Inc. specifically disclaims any responsibility for warranties by suppliers or manufacturers issued by or otherwise advertised by them.

OFFERS NO WARRANTY FOR PERSONAL WATERCRAFT USED FOR RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. ANY PRODUCT WHICH MAY BE SOLD BY AA Moped of Miami, Inc. BUT WHICH IS NOT MANUFACTURED BY AA Moped of Miami, Inc. IS NOT WARRANTED BY AA Moped of Miami, Inc. , BUT IS SOLD ONLY WITH THE WARRANTIES, IF ANY, OF THE MANUFACTURERS THEREOF.
